ZIPPER’S THUNDERJET® EFI THROTTLE BODY

Zipper’s ThunderJet® oversize EFI Throttle Bodies are available in 50mm and 54mm. These CNC-machined castings replace the 44mm factory designs used on Delphi®-equipped 2001 and later models.  Bodies accept the factory electronic components and injectors.

ZIPPER’S THUNDERJET® MANIFOLDS

Zipper’s ThunderJet® Manifolds (required for Zipper’s throttle bodies) are available in different widths to match cylinder lengths used on stock and larger displacement engines, from 95” up to 124”. Some are also available in two intake port sizes; standard 1.625” I.D. to fit stock port diameters and oversize 1.780” I.D. to fit larger ports found in S&S and Zipper’s High Output heads.

    ZIPPER'S TWIN CAM RELIEF TOOL
    Zipper's® TC Cam Relief Tool turns a chore into a quick, precise operation every time. For years, technicians have relied on Zipper's special engine tools. Now, the Twin Cam engine builder who is installing any cam grind other than stock can do a smooth, professional job of machining two relief channels into the case with Zipper's excellent cutting system.

    Like Zipper's Big Twin cutter, the TC Relief Tool bolts to the case and uses the cam bearings to support the cutter spindle. The TC Tool features for cutter diameter and thread depth feed for precise control of metal removal. Designed to be used on an assembled case, using a 1/2" variable speed drill for power, the TC cutter can also be used on a milling machine for unassembled cases. This cutter will perform a clean professional job every time, engine after engine.

    This tool was made to make quick work of case machining when installing a high lift cam in a Big Twin. Bolts to the case, uses inner cam bearing to support cutter spindle, has adj. cutter dia. & threaded depth feed for precise control of cut. Can be used on an assembled engine & does a much cleaner, professional job than a die grinder. Power w/ 1/2" drill, or use on an unassembled case in a milling machine. Makes a job everyone hates a lot easier and cleaner.

    5-SPEED XL PUSHRODS COVER CONVERSION KITS - NEW DESIGN
    Five speed Sportster and Buell engines require that you remove the cylinder heads and take off the one-piece pushrod covers to get to the pushrods, greatly complicating pushrod adjustments for tuning or maintenance when adjustable pushrods have been installed.

    NEW DESIGN: This kit includes twin aluminum bases and special seals for the front and rear cylinders that replace the factory pushrod tube lower retainers. A full telescoping pushrod cover kit is included with standard or extra long clips for big engines equipped with longer cylinders. The twin bases can be purchased separately if desired
